MEET THE ARTIST

Marissa Barton

I've always been a creative person, but my journey as an artist began in 2016 when I decided to start painting as a hobby to pass time while living in a new city. I have a true passion for creating things with my hands, using a variety of tools and materials. I specialize in mixed-media art; creating portraits and abstract pieces using a wide variety of materials and mediums. My artworks are truly one of a kind. From epoxy countertops, to accent walls, murals, floral preservation and other home decor; I can do it all! I love just being able to create. My art has taken me on a spiritual journey as well; and each day that I continue to create, I feel closer to God and closer to fulfilling my purpose in life.
